Paul was great. Purchased all the I-Joist from him and he offered to help ee design the stairs for my 27'x30' 12' tall exeterior garage. Had no clue what I was doing but walked me through entire process. These stairs could support a truck! Thank you

Excellent customer service. I was looking for a specific Yeti item that they did not have in stock in the Laconia store. They called another location and had it for me next day. Very friendly staff, well organized and convenient!
