I came in with a failing harddrive (ssd) and a new one to replace it. I asked the guy to install windows on the new drive, as I was having trouble doing so at home, and instead he sold me on a hardware upgrade, claiming the issue was fixed. just a bit of digging revealed that the old drive was still corrupted and within a week it was constantly crashing again. a month later it was back to crashing within 10 minutes of booting up like when I brought it in. He didn't do what I asked him to, he didn't fix the problem, and what's more when I brought it in he told me it would be ready that afternoon, and then strung me along for a week with terrib... If I ever have another issue with a PC or just want to learn even more about them, I will definitely take it to Heartware! I built my PC (photo Attached) and after the build was done everything was operating but it wouldn’t show anything on the screen. I have never experienced this issue before so I decided to take it here. Wayne listened to the issue and got right to work on a weekend at that! Within less than 24 working man hours he had the issue resolved and running. I whole heartedly recommend this place for any PC needs! Woke up to start work 1/2/26 to find my computer would not startup. It was stuck on the boot screen and nothing was happening. After some frustrating trouble shooting I called Wayne. He said to bring it in and since I am a small business (work from home) he would have an answer for me ASAP. An hour or two later he had diagnosed the problem and was ready to repair and return my computer same day. Highly recommend, good communication. Willing to sit and explain the issues and answer any questions I had. Fingers crossed I don’t ever have issues again but if I do I’m calling Wayne first.

Excellent service. Wayne got me in immediately, handled the hardware installation I requested, and even replaced and cleaned some other components he noticed were in poor shape at no additional cost. My laptop is running better than ever. Highly recommend.
