Tech House

Hands down the best experience I've ever had when it comes to dealing with computers! No pretentious attitudes, very clear info given about what needed to be done, & up front about pricing. In addition to excellent customer service, Anuj (the Mac genius) got everything updated & fixed within the same day! A week after getting the work done, I ran into a little hiccup, so I called the shop, I was walked through a couple of things, & I was back to running with ease. I even got a follow up text the next day to make sure all was well! I can't recommend these guys enough.

I was trying to help a friend-in-need upgrade an old HP notebook 14 (On a limited budget). I search Google for a local PC repair… I found they had great ratings so i sent a message via the contact form on The Tech House website. Anuj called me almost immediately to assist. He was super helpful. He gave me helpful information both via phone & email at no charge. (He offers free 15min in-store consults also to assess your situation.) I was able to do the upgrades on my own and then get the operating system properly reinstalled by Earlie at Tech house! Thanks again Tech House for your excellent service. You guys rock!

Came back just to add this: Adam gave me great advice on how to tell if my computer is overheating. I am much less anxious now knowing!! Peace of mind is something you can't put a price tag on. <3 I had a very pleasant experience with Adam today. I had a fan sound that was worrying me and he was able to open up computer, find the issue, and give me a course of action on how to proceed. I will be back so he can complete this project and am very glad I found Tech House. Adam is clearly knowledgable and knows what he is doing. He also just seems like a super great dude, to be honest. Tech House is awesome. I've never experienced such kind and clear communication from from a tech shop before. Anuj was super responsive and thorough when I inquired about a Macbook Pro I saw for sale on their instagram! I went in and bought it the same day. They go above and beyond to explain things to you and make sure that you're getting what you need at the very best bang for your buck. I will definitely be going back for all my tech-related needs!
