The Hearth and Home Solutions in-home Technician visit by Wyatt to troubleshoot our 18 year old gas fireplace was outstanding. Wyatt went above and beyond to repair the fireplace and get it in working order. His workmanship and demeanor are highly professional. Also, Wyatt is very respectful and polite. I 100% recommend Hearth and Home Solutions!
They arrived on time,set up dust protection,started working right away,some very precise measurements, double and triple checked,4 hours later, done,great job, nice guys to work with , very happy with the mantel , 5 star work !
Service was great from start to finish. Heath used the salesroom to demonstrate the fireplace that would best suit our needs. James came to the home and did the measurements. Due to the fact that we were replacing a previously installed gas fireplace that had many issues it took a week to order the new fireplace and receive it. The installation went smoothly with care given to get it operational without causing any damage to existing items. We love how it looks and works. It is quiet and efficient.

Our experience with Hearth and Home Solutions was all of 5 star and better. Their field installer Ryan Good was tremendous. From protecting floors before starting work all the way thru the installation and final clean up his efforts were all top shelf. Our excellent experience started with the communications from Amber and their office during the estimating process all the way thru to final installation. Excellent service and top quality work.
