Terrible contractors the most unorganized group of individuals I've ever encountered in trades. Most people when taking on a big a big project like a 12 building apartment complex would divide up the lot in to sections to not cause parking issues, not these guys though instead they rip all the locations out at once and decide to leave no kind of indicators for wet asphalt they've laid. This is all after providing no notice to the building administrators or residents, along with a 12 hour notice (handwritten note" posted on the doors indicating ALL vehicles need to be out of the lot by 7am or they will be towed incurring a fee $150 to the vehicle owner. This project has been on going for a week concrete ripped up day one and they havent even laid rock yet! Very unprofessional and obviously only acquired the job based on the lowest bid rather then skill or experience. Not to mention very sloppy asphalt repair to the Cracks 0/10
