Daniel was awesome. He was nice, and walked us through what he was doing. He was so honest, that when he found our issue was simple he told us how we could fix it without paying a lot of unnecessary cost. Highly recommend him and Heart as a company!
I had an excellent experience with Heart Heating, Cooling, Plumbing & Electrical from start to finish. Technician James came out first and did a thorough job diagnosing the issues—very knowledgeable and professional. Victor, the project manager, clearly explained the plan and followed through exactly as promised. The install team—Ryan and Richard—did outstanding work. They were prompt, professional, and respectful of my home, taking great care throughout the installation. The quality of the work was excellent, and everything was done exactly as described. Overall, the entire team delivered great customer service, communicated well, and did a fantastic job. It’s clear they take pride in their work. I would highly recommend Heart Heating, Cooling, Plumbing & Electrical to anyone looking for reliable, high-quality service.
