Alex was a one man very efficient guy. He gave me a quote on the phone and that is what I paid, nothing extra. His price was much lower than other companies. Since the water heater was only leaking slightly this was not a rush job but did offer me different days and times to work from. He explained what he had to do, besides new water tank, added an expansion tank and new turnoff values to the water heater and gas line. He placed tarps down. Alex said the replacement of the water heater would take 3 hours and he was in and out in that exact time.
