I want to say that I found this company due to a little search of what service company others used for heating service/repair. I didn't think that anyone would name a place if they hadn't been happy themselves with the company. I was right and I can recommend them as well. Will was able to come out and take care of the issue I had with my heater as it wasn't staying on and the took the time to not only repair the furnace issue, but explain why it was happening. He made adjustments and explained what he was doing and why. I can say that no other company that has come out to do a service on my newish (4 yrs old) appliance did anything to ensure that had a well educated and happy client. I will definitely take the recommendation made by Will and move forward with parts replacement. Ideally, I would love for it to be under warranty, however, this is proving to be more of a normal "wear, tear, & replacement" part of the furnace. I am really happy with the service provided. Jody was excellent as well as she knew that I had an issue and was great in her communication with me about scheduling with the technician. She also added peace of mind and excellent service by bringing out some space heaters for me to work through a pinch point of cold overnight temperatures. This was very much appreciated and unexpected that they would do that for me. Between Will and Jody, I was well taken care of as a potential client and they earned my repeat business.

Dwane and his crew are professional, courteous, and really know what they are working with. We had a 20+ year old boiler and hot water heater replaced. The work they did was clean, and the whole team from office staff to apprentice were exceptionally professional and friendly. They were also easy to have in the house for 3 days and left the space clean and put back together. Custom HPACES were recommended to me from a neighbor and I would recommend them to anyone looking to have HVAC work done.
