I have been using Omni Heating & Cooling for my heater repair and maintenance needs for quite some time. Over the years, they have installed a couple of new furnaces for me, and also set up a central air conditioning system. Their technicians are always efficient and really know what they're doing. Recently, Santiago came by for a heater check-up and was right on time, very knowledgeable, and professional throughout the appointment. I am looking forward to using their services again soon. We moved into a house with an old furnace that hadn’t been used in a while. During our renovations, the furnace was accidentally disconnected and the spot for the thermostat was covered by new drywall. I called Omni Heating & Cooling, and they were really friendly and understanding about our situation. They made sure to fit us into their schedule quickly. Frank came out to help us. During one of the hottest weeks in Aurora, our air conditioning stopped working and we needed a quick solution to stay comfortable. At first, another contractor tried adding refrigerant to our old 17-year-old AC system, but that only kept it running for a day and cost us quite a bit for the R22. Realizing it was time for a new HVAC unit, I did my research and called around for help. He spent plenty of time answering all my questions and offered me several great heater repair and replacement options so I could decide what worked best for my family.
