Haynes put my unit in a couples years ago, I have them do yearly service on them, Highly recommend that you get them to service your system yearly to keep them running properly , they are great people to work with , Warranty is great, they stand behind their product

I was left with no gas furnace heat due to a broken limit switch. Carson from Haynes Heating and Cooling took the service call and was able to remove the broken switch and reconnect the circuit and thereby restore heat to the house. He know that, since there was a backup limit switch, it was safe to operate the furnace until the new part arrived. When he came back to install the new limit switch, he also installed a new thermostat (Honeywell Home T6 Pro Programmable Thermostat). I would recommend a professional installation since the controls and programming are a little tricky.
I live in an apartment complex in Asheville. The complex spent over 1.5yr trying to fix my HVAC to no avail. They had Haynes send a tech out, Eric, he was able to fix all the issues and get my heat working right. The first time in 2yrs.
