Heaven's Best Carpet Cleaning Asheville NC

This is the third time we’ve needed rug and furniture cleaning. Heaven’s Best is always punctual, reliable and super diligent. Brett, Caleb and Michael are very respectful and friendly. Their fees are reasonable for the conscientious and detailed work they do.

I contacted every carpet cleaner I could easily find on google in Asheville and Heaven's Best was the only one that promptly responded. Brent(I think that's his name) called me the next day after I had filled out an online form to inquire about cleaning all my home's area rugs. He had someone scheduled to come within the week. 8:30AM on Monday, Kenneth was right on time, very kind, wore a mask and practiced social distancing, etc. Very professional and prompt. Bret is a pro who loves what he does, and he does it right. Call him right away, he is a magician for cleaning furniture. He also fit us in next day and solved the problem. Very pleased.

I will say, before saying anything negative, that the person that booked the appointment and the guys that came out were all fantastic and friendly. I have nothing bad to say about the people doing the work. However, this carpet cleaning did not use any sort of extraction machine to lift stains/smells out of the carpet. I booked the company because they have 5 stars here on Google but the job that was done is less than satisfactory. This is not a carpet cleaning like I have ever seen.
