I recently had my roof completely replaced by Rob Caputo and his crew at Hayden Lake Roofing. After months of frustration trying to get the work done elsewhere I finally found the absolute best solution for me. They completely removed all of my frustrations and did a perfect job. It was done on time with all of my questions answered in a timely and respectful manner. From tear off to cleanup there were never any issues. It was trouble free and I was consulted at every turn. Absolutely a fantastic experience! We need a brand new roof on our house and shop in Hayden. Our roof is very steep and challenging. We booked Hayden Lake Roofing this past winter to replace our roof this past July (2021). They showed up at 7am on the day they said they would. This was the first sign we made the right decision. We had a few small issues with the gutters getting damaged during the teardown, but they completely rook care of it for us without question. I cannot recommend this company enough. Alec, Carrie and Tim were a real pleasure to work with throughout the entire process. Trustworthy, upfront and honest.

The owner Tim, staff Alec and Carrie were excellent to work with. The roof had been damaged in the January, 2021 wind storm. Alec came out to meet with me within about a day. He proceeded to work with the insurance company relentlessly and was very patient with the process as it took until about mid June to settle the roofing payment. Alec kept us informed and was on site to check the tear off and the installation. Always available and kept us informed. Carrie made herself available whenever needed. Professional and honest company to do business with. The new roof looks amazing. I would highly recommend Hayden Lake Roofing.
