Straight Shooter Plumbing and Rooter

We hired Straight Shooter Plumbing and Rooter for a remote job at our property in Spirit Lake, Idaho. While the project took longer than anyone expected, they stood by their word and made every effort to get the job done — and done right. It was an expensive septic repair, but the overall price was fair for the amount of work involved. We worked with Dean, who did an excellent job communicating with us throughout the process — even texting to make things easier. We really appreciated their honesty, persistence, and commitment to quality.

When we called about a water leak, the company responded promptly. The technician they sent was excellent. However, we did feel that he tried to upsell us by asking if we had any other leaks in our home. Our issue was a pinhole in a copper pipe. He got right to work fixing it but had to make a couple of trips to his shop because he was missing some tools. We were satisfied with the quality of the work, but we found the price to be very high. If you choose this plumbing company, be sure to ask about their shop rate—our bill ended up being over $500 per hour! Our original Review was different due to the tech standing over me while I did the review. We will not be using them in the future.
