My garage door had both torsion springs broken, and the technician, Ezra, showed up the same day to fix it. Ezra was friendly, knowledgeable, and worked quickly to get my door working again. He also checked out another garage door for me and made sure everything was running smoothly before he left. I appreciated how easy it was to get an electronic payment receipt right in my email. The price was fair for the quality of service and quick response. I would definitely call them again for any garage door repair needs.

I've been using this garage door repair service in Hastings for several years and have always been very happy with their work. When I reached out here, I spoke with Melvin, who was super helpful and answered all my questions. Not only did I get the best price, but Melvin said a technician could come out right away. Less than an hour later, Terrence and Ezra arrived. They introduced themselves, got straight to work, and were happy to explain what they were doing as they replaced both springs. The whole repair was finished in under 30 minutes, even with all my questions. They were friendly, efficient, and professional. I’m really happy with the service and will definitely call again for any garage door repairs or maintenance. Highly recommend!
