I’ve had my washer for two years, and when it suddenly quit, he was there the same day with a temporary fix. When he returned to install the permanent part, an entirely new, unrelated issue popped up, he didn't miss a beat and fixed that on the spot, too. Talk about going above and beyond! Fair transparent pricing and excellent customer service. I highly recommend Ollom Appliance to anyone.
Ollom appliance helped get our dishwasher up and running after being down 2 months-thank you! They were very professional and friendly both on phone and at our house. They will definitely be who we call when our appliances break down next time!
Dishwasher started leaking and called them up based on a professional reference and I’m glad I did. The owner himself came out. He was polite, efficient, and honest. He agreed with my thoughts and explained things in ways I’d understand. It was determined I needed a new dishwasher and he didn’t try and sell me one. If I need another repair I’m definitely calling these guys. Small. Local. Honest.
Horrible experience I would not suggest at all to deal with these people. It was easy to get an appointment the guy came out and figured that I accidentally cut off my gas line for the dryer. Took about 5secs to complete a job and I was charged $100 . I was fine with that now I’ve been waiting close to a month to get my name updated and an email/mail receipt to get reimbursed through my insurance. I’ve called 3x and have been promised it will be done and guess what it has NOT BEEN done . The lady that answers is nonchalant and not concerned that I have not received the documentation that’s needed for me which is just a RECEIPT !! Pretty simple task that should take under a minute to do that she still refuses to do. Will NEVER do business or suggest anyone to get any service done with this company.TRASH and yes I’m pissed ‼️‼️
