Conrad and crew were extraordinarily helpful. Everyone was so friendly and extremely knowledgeable. They are compassionate and dedicated. They stayed past closing to finish assisting us. Pricing was fair and better than any competitor. We even got some cool trading cards out of the deal ;)
Need a Geek was The last place I went to when I needed something done , however I didnt know that they should of been my first place to go to ..They was on top of explaining to me what the issue could be as well as in complete detail on what the procedure is to complete the task in front of them . , very kind friendly place to do service at with a nice waiting room for you to relax while waiting on your speedy service. Though not all services can be done fast , you can drop your phone off knowing that its in good hands with them .. so if ya need any type of repairs done don't wait , Get a hold of Need a Geek , they do treat you right ..
Great customer service and the staff was very nice. I spent 6 hours troubleshooting my computer and on tech support with ASUS and still couldn't fix anything, but once I brought it in to Need A Geek they got it fixed quickly, I also think they had great pricing. Would definitely recommend to anyone with technical issues.

This place is great! Very nice and professional people with caring attitudes. They replaced a screen and battery in our iPhone 11 Pro and we're very open about the process and pricing. They were very quick on the repair timing as well. Highly recommend them!
