We've been using this plumbing company for over 20 years now, and they have always been fair, kind, and truly professional. Their team is knowledgeable about every plumbing issue we've ever had, and their prices are great—very reasonable for the quality of service they provide. Every time we've needed help, from installing a new garbage disposal, toilets, or a hot water heater, to clearing out drains and lines in our kitchen and five bathrooms, they've done top-notch work. They have also replaced root-damaged pipes in our yard and taken care of repairs like fixing dripping faucets and leaking water shut-off valves, both inside and out. No mat... We've been using this plumbing company for over 20 years now, and they have always been fair, kind, and truly professional. Their team is knowledgeable about every plumbing issue we've ever had, and their prices are great—very reasonable for the quality of service they provide. They go above and beyond every step of the way. When I’ve tried to fix plumbing problems myself and couldn’t get it sorted, calling this team has always brought relief. I know I can trust them to get the job done right without overcharging or cutting corners. They are dependable, never rush through a job, and truly care about their customers. The service was outstanding. Lawrence arrived at my home in Tacoma very promptly, and I appreciated how someone from Ernest & Sons Plumbing took the time to explain all the plumbing services, pricing, and safety steps. Their care and attention made me feel confident in their work. Lawrence replaced my sump pump, cleared out the drains, and got my basement back in great shape much faster than I expected. They also scheduled a follow-up to check on my well issue. I highly recommend them to anyone in need of plumbing repairs or maintenance. Their professionalism and quality of work truly stand out.

Our water heaters weren’t working right, so I started looking into options and decided to try a tankless water heater this time. I contacted Ernest & Sons Plumbing, and Sean came out the same day to check everything out. He really knew his stuff and recommended going tankless, which sounded perfect for us. The estimate for the job was fair, and Sean came back quickly to do the installation. He was friendly, professional, and took care of everything smoothly. I’m really happy we chose them—now I know who to call whenever I need a plumber!
