We saw a vehicle that we were interested in on line at Harr Motors. Not knowing if it would be available we called and talked with Aaron Winterberg. 21/2 hours later we are at the dealership. We had a very good experience. Aaron gave us his undivided attention, he showed us around the dealership, even the workshop area. In the end we ended up buying the vehicle! We were impressed with the whole experience! We would definitely refer this dealership!
Had Brett in the auto body shop do some work on my truck recently. Yes, the work he did was incredible. But his customer service was even better. Customer service is very important to me and Brett excelled in every sense of the word. He called regularly to update me on the progress and kept my insurance company informed of any changes. Nothing but praise! Thank you Brett & team!
We worked with Stephen and purchased a 2025 Toyota Rav4 Hybrid. He was a fantastic salesman that got us exactly what we wanted and more! He was always quick to respond and helpful. When we had some issues with the postal service and getting our paperwork, he worked hard to immediately fix the issue for us. We would recommend working with Stephen to anyone and everyone.
Tried to cancel a warranty and they keep saying it is but has not sent the money to the bank I was financed the car with him. I am not happy with purchase of my 23 Honda Ridgeline either I did not get any incentives off of it I paid MSRP I actually paid over MSRP . I will not go here any more to buy or to sell a vehicle. I just want it fixed not them say sorry. Rip off dealer. Don't keep calling me it you get fixed.
I bought a really nice used tundra from Colton today, probably one of the easiest dealership purchases I've ever made. Communication was excellent, everything he told me about the vehicle was honest and spot on. It was extremely cold this morning, he had the truck brought in and fully detailed for me when I got there and sitting inside nice and warm for me to check it out. A+!! "Thank you folks back there in the washbay, it looked great!" Paperwork was simple and fast and I wasn't pressured to buy anything I didn't want. Just a great experience is all I need to say, I highly recommend Colton and Harr motors there in Aberdeen, this was my first time ever dealing with them and it couldn't have went better!
