We recently had FirePlace Glo replace our fan in our fireplace. The service technician was great! With the recent blizzard our vent to our fireplace was blocked with snow and ice and quit working. I called Joe and he was so kind to walk me through what to do to step by step to get the pilot lit again helping us avoid a service call. I highly recommend them! Joe was fantastic. He answered every question I had and was very up front and knowledgeable. He helped me pick the perfect fireplace and it was a great price. Johan was an excellent help as well when I went to pick it up. All around A+ and 100% recommend Fireplace Glo!!
I can't say enough good things about Joe and FirePlace Glo. We were having issues starting our fireplace and had received a quote from another company that was much higher than we were expecting. Joe came over personally to look at our fireplace and was able to solve our issue at a fraction of the cost. Courteous, prompt and willing to do whatever he can to help you out.
