We drove to this store as the one in Watertown was not friendly and not kidding felt like we were inconveniencing the lady eating her Lunch. So a family Friend sent us here, We’re glad we went. The kind gentleman helped us get the connectivity issues we were experiencing taken care of. I tried to get his name but he said he represented everybody. Thought that was cool, quite the Team Player. Go to the Milbank Location if you’re looking for proper service! DS

Caleb and Korinne were great at assisting my husband and I. It is very evident that they know their stuff when it comes to iPhones, Verizon, and all the intricacies to follow….they were very patient in teaching Abbey and helping her to learn the process of how. This location is the worst! my wife runs a full time business and they suspended my wifes number for 6 days, we confronted them multiple times about it. this verizon store refused to help so i called a different verizon service and they unsuspended the number with zero trouble. do better! i aint even a techy guy and i had the problem solved quicker than these lazy kids could 🥲

It was wonderful! They set me up with two new phones. They were friendly, helpful, and very knowledgeable! I had a few questions the next day regarding syncing my phone and they helped immediately! Thank you Abigail and Kaleb!
