We had an old well pump that was dying. They came and replaced the old pump. Within 30 minutes of our call, they showed up, found out what the issue was and fixed it with a brand new pump and water line. It’s great to have water again. Professional, new what to do, clean, and courteous. I highly recommend these guys.
We kept loosing prime on our well pump. Harper came out and found a leak in the pipe hooked to our pump. 2 days later lost prime again. The same guy came out looked the pump over re primed it. Showed me how to re prime it . I asked him so what's wrong with it he said my well is probably going dry and could need re drilled and that they don't do that. So I called another well company that does drill new wells. They Came out and new right away that my pump wasn't the correct pump . Pulled my pipe outside out checked foot valve and checked water level. The water levels in the well were fine just needed cleaned and the correct pump .
Highly recommend Harper, they sent out David who is super knowledgeable and was able to replace my filtration system. Prices are very fair and the customer service is excellent
