Travis is a great presenter. Very patient and professional. I enjoyed him very much. The two Dave’s came to install a new furnace, air conditioner and humidifier. In 6hrs they got the job done. They were extremely polite and helpful. Dave kept me up on all that he was doing. I will be talking about Apollo to anyone I talk to.. Thank you for a job well done!! ❤️
Right, so my wife and I opted in for multiple services to be done to our house including installing a brand new showerhead for our bathroom, a brand new kitchen faucet, an H2 Ultimate system, a Reverse Osmosis system for our water and the biggest service being replacing our entire piping system connected to our water main. Paul and his team of technicians, Mike and Tyler, went absolutely above and beyond and were polite and professional all day long in their efforts getting everything installed the right way and looking good. Overall the entire package we went with was about a 10 and a half hour job and they got it done in one day (not an easy task when you're dealing with working with the city to dig up your lawn). Even more commendable considering I personally complicated things via a miscommunication on my part but thankfully everything was still completed to a professional standard. My family and I are more than impressed with the results and are extremely pleased with how everything looks and runs. They even cleaned up inside my house after everything was done which they didn't have to do so I definitely appreciate the extra effort! Once again, the BIGGEST of thanks and gratitude to Paul and the rest of the Apollo team. Keep the actual good and talented employees in your business, it definitely shows :)
