Recently we had Handy Bikes install e-assist on one of our recumbent trikes. We weren’t familiar with them but someone suggested we try them for the install. Not only did they do a great job with the install, but the customer service was incredible! Pete kept us abreast of the progress with periodic text messages and any questions we had were answered thoroughly. When we picked up the completed trike, we were given one-on-one instruction and ample time for test riding. They did a great job on the install! We were never rushed and always treated as if we were the most important customers they had. Thank you Pete, Kieth and the rest of the Handy Bikes crew!

Handy Bikes designed and built matching Niner RLT Steel gravel bikes for my wife and me. We are thrilled with our awesome new bikes! The crew at Handy was incredibly friendly and helpful, allowing us to be part of the design process and helping us to select and source exactly the components we wanted. I highly recommend this bike store for anyone buying a new bike, especially if you want to do a custom design. They have a varied inventory of brands and equipment, which is something you might not find at other stores that deal only in one or two major name brands. Handy Bikes is in a great location too: close to Port City Brewing and on a quiet road perfect for test rides.
