Brought my bike in to get checked out because my shifters were having issues. Emir and Ness were so helpful not only taking the time to fix the shifters but also identifying my pedals were threaded incorrectly. Turns out my bike was a ticking timer for a crash. Thanks for keeping me safe on the trails! Highly recommend anyone who needs bike maintenance to come here especially if they appreciate a staff who cares.

The Trek store team gave me the best bike-buying experience I’ve ever had. Mike, the manager, was incredibly knowledgeable and went out of his way to help me upgrade my bike with new handlebars. He even tracked down a charging kit and dropped it off on his day off to make sure I’d have everything ready for my next club ride. Ryan stayed late to install the new handlebars the evening before my ride, and James patiently showed me how to adjust the seat and double-checked everything before I left the store. My 2 dearest cycling friends recommended I come in an speak with the owner and see what the road bike inventory looked like. I finally did in early June 2024. I was not disappointed. I was shown several Domane models and decided on a Project One Domane SLR model. Kevin spent several hours assuring an EXACT fit based on the geometry measurements from my existing Project One 2012 Madone. He carefully and meticulously matched the fit. Was trying to find a place in the DC area that had a decent selection of shoes for me to try on in store (first pair of clip in’s for me). Called ahead and spoke to Garrett who was SO helpful and encouraged me to come in and try some on. Got there an hour later, Garrett was helping a customer so I worked with Noel to understand my options. Noel was also very knowledgeable and helped me understand my options, what I should be looking for fit-wise, etc. Garrett checked in several times throughout the process as well, and I ended up finding a great pair that I’m excited about! Absolutely top-tier craftsmanship! I brought my bike in with a vision, and Emir brought it to life with precision and flair. The addition of the aerobars on the existing cockpit was customized to fit my new riding style. The final build was not only sleek and functional but most importantly completely free of mechanical hiccups. Everything was dialed in perfectly.
