I bought my Specialized Globe at BPS in 2011, use it almost every day and have it serviced there regularly ever since. Great service throughout; Chris the manager is always very helpful. Prefer doing things online? It will take a while until AI will learn to fix your bike.
Expert assistance provided today, to examine, assess, and replace the right shifter cable and send me back out to complete my ride for the day. David is so technically expert and skilled in how he fixed my bike, and did so in a very reasonable and helpful time frame. If you have a bike issue, this is my recommended and preferred shop in DC and bike technician. Very knowledgeable and patient. Thank you.
A little late posting, but I needed to share that my recent interactions at Bicycle Pro Shop were nothing short of excellent. Service with a smile and knowledge! 1 - I brought a newly purchased (used) bike in for some work and was greeted with eye contact, a smile and no judgement by Chris. I asked a ton of questions and Chris was patient with me and friendly. Work was completed at a fair price. It was everything the experience should be. 2 - I brought another bike I have in for some work and Jack was just as friendly and helpful. In a time when it is hard to find solid customer service (in any industry!) these guys are shining stars. A real treat! I highly recommend Bicycle Pro Shop and would go back to them for any and all bike needs. Thank you Chris and Jack!
