Hamilton Vacuums

Had a great experience at Hamilton, helped by Ernie. He was very informative, not at all pushy, and most importantly, honest. My house screams CANISTER. My head says UPRIGHT. When I indicated I was willing to consider a canister, Ernie gave me an education and of course let me try one, but said he did not want to influence my decision toward something I might not be comfortable with in the end. Which was nice. Also, I asked him his opinion between two brands he sells. Most vacuum salesmen in that situation would likely say, "They're both the greatest vacuum you could ever possibly want to own...EVER..." But he actually told me what he really thought. I visited the store three times over the course of a week, never felt any pressure, and ended up with exactly what I wanted--an UPRIGHT! Sebo Felix, and it's a beauty! It's transformed my house, and has proven Ernie to be correct again, this time regarding my old Kenmore--that it was junk!
