We’ve used CertaPro several times in the past and have always been very pleased. Most recently we had some carpentry work on our screened-in porch and a lot of interior painting that entailed some sheet rock replacement and repairs. We worked with Kimble to review and estimate the work and she has always been highly responsive. Our carpentry team was led by J.J.and David. Their crew did an excellent job. Our painting was led by William. He and his team did outstanding work. We also have some more carpentry and painting scheduled in the near future and expect to be just as satisfied with that work. The entire CertaPro team was highly skilled, knowledgable, terrific communicators and worked closely with the HOA BOD from beginning to end of a complicated residing/painting project for a 65 mid-century modern condominium complex in Farragut. From Ben Johnson, president assisting with color schemes and paint quality,; Chris Page, sales, Andrew the project manager, through Alex and his crew, they were organized, personable, honest and rescheduled multiple times d/t delays with the siding contractor. The HOA Board would not hesitate to reach out to Ben and his staff for any further carpentry/painting projects in the future

Our house was in need of painting since it had been about 20 years since the last refresh. My neighbors had their house done by Certa Pro last summer and I was impressed with the quality and efficiency of the crews that were involved. I had a quote done and as I walked around with the sales associate he pointed out things I had not noticed and made suggestions of improvements. I received a quote explaining exactly what would be done and the cost of each process. This was a large job because it included our entire fence, the deck and the house, It included repairs, power washing and painting. The different crews were excellent! Each team was helpful, efficient and excelled at meeting our satisfaction. I would highly recommend this company for any of your repairs power washing and painting needs. I have included photos. I know that it will look so much better after landscaping is done. We are definitely satisfied customers!!!
