We have been so blessed to work with such an amazing owner and his company. We are nearing our first full year of owning our new construction custom built home and we couldn’t be happier. While my neighbors who went with different builders continue to bemoan how unreliable and subversive their builders are, Andy (Cherryridge Construction foreman) continues to be attentive and kind with/about any issues we’ve had in and out of the home, issues that simply come along with new builds. Chris, the owner, is genuine, and truly cares about each customer. He takes pride in what he builds and stands by his product. Unlike other builders we’ve dealt with in the past, Chris and his team continue to treat us with the same kindness, dignity, and respect that they did when we first sat at the negotiating table nearly a year ago.
