LP Concrete and Fencing LLC

Jose and his crew gave me the best bid on a new 6' chain link fence and prior to installing it, a different contractor I had working on completing another project had abandonded the job. I called Jose and asked if he could rescue me and help me out with completing the dirt work, grading and pouring the cement patio and sidewalk, prior to installing the fence. He came out right away and gave me a bid to complete the extra portion of work, and he and his crew were there just a few days later to get started, working from early morning until after dark. They did great work, and everything looks great! I would (and have) recommend this company and crew every time! Thank you for everything!

I couldn't be happier with Jose and his crew and the work they completed for us. My family had recently moved to the area and didn't know too many contractors. We had a fairly large project that consisted of a 5" floor, power troweled, with rebar, in a 30'x40' Pole barn and a 30'x40' approach leading up to it. As we called for quotes and I was lucky enough to stumble across LP Concrete. When Jose came to bid the job and give us an estimate he came with his son, on a weekend. I think that alone speaks volumes. It's not easy to work and provide for your family and he took the time to include his son and bring him along. LP Concrete completed the job in two days, worked extremely hard, cleaned up after themselves, gave us a fair price, and left us with an exemplary product. That included grading, gravel, rebar, troweling, and back filling. His quality of work and craftsmanship is high. I personally work in the construction industry and have seen good work and bad and I'm telling you, Jose is a perfectionist that will insure you get great results. I'm happy to have been able to work with LP and would defiantly do it again. Highly recommended.

Full driveway replacement. Half the driveway is one color and texture, the other half is a completely different color and texture. The pictures are taken months apart from each other. Jose said it needed time to cure. He then said it just needed power washed which he did. No difference and now I assume the sealant I also paid for is gone. He is not responding to messages and I am left with a driveway that looks terrible. Very disappointed in Jose and his workmanship. He does not stand behind his work. Just takes his money and moves on.
