Drew did a great and thorough job on his install and cleaned up everything before leaving. And did it much quicker then the estimated time. He gets a 5 star. Just advise to get the “approximate “ service/labor price in a email or text prior to scheduling. Seems to end up at much higher price once completed. But that’s not a installer issue; thats a office/estimator issue.
We had an old hot water heater taken out and a new tankless installed. Great Company very nice employees we had Jerry the manager and Brady come out and look at what we needed and then Drew and Nick came and did the Work very nice gentleman worked the whole time never took a break. Cleaned up didn’t leave a mess. Very knowledgeable we asked questions and they answered!! Highly recommended!!
Had our old water heater replaced with a tankless one. Jason came out first to look over everything and was very professional and answered all our questions. The guys came out the next day and was very professional and did a great job on our installation.
We purchased 3 Gerber brand toilets from McIntosh Plumbing. This is our first experience with McIntosh and we couldn’t be happier! Quick service, on time and great to work with! Drew was awesome! We will definitely use them in the future for any plumbing needs! Mike Swaink Omaha NE.
