I have been a long time customer of S&S. They provide a solid product and are always good at customer service. However, Valerie Edoria is especially good at what she does. Always prompt in returning emails/phone calls. Always polite and, most importantly, always effective at getting my issues solved. Valerie is the best reason to work with S&S!

The tech they sent out, Misael was incredible! The entire process was great. They communicated with me, got the job done well and even attempted to get my appt handled early but I wasn't available. I would highly recommend!

I usually never leave reviews but we received GREAT customer service from Scott and Fred!! They made this whole experience easy and pleasant. They answered every question I had and explained everything to me. They installed everything in a fast and timely manner. They also made sure to clean up any mess that was left after the installation which no one ever does. I recommended them 1000x, I look forward to using their services again soon!! I have attached photos below of the great work. Thanks Scott and Fred for the AMAZING and FAST work!

Thank you Safe and Sound for employees like Scott Reid! Knowledge, kind, attentive and very understanding of our needs with our security camera. He exceeded our expectations. He not only fixed the issues with the camera, but assisted with downloading the apps on our phones and making sure that each one was running smoothly. He adjusted all the settings to meet our needs and made sure all our questions were answered. We appreciate your services!!
