The technicians, Justin and Caleb, came out two days before Christmas and did an excellent good job—professional, efficient, and respectful of my home. Frederick Air is the best HVAC company that we've ever used.! They recently installed two new HVAC systems in our home replacing systems that the builder installed over 15 years ago. The administrative staff, the sales consultant and installation teams were first class! The sales consultant (Mike) is a former installer who has the ability to communicate complex HVAC systems in a way that is very understandable allowing us to design a system that suits our family's needs. He gave us confidence that with his help we now have systems that will last many years giving us maximum comfort in our home. The coordination of the sales consultant and the installation team was totally professional. Mike did a complete inspection taking videos of what needed to be done by the installation team. When the installers arrived they had everything that they needed for the installation. They were efficient and courteous keeping us updated on the entire process. This five man team took pride in their work and made sure that the installation exceeded common standards applied in this industry. It's rare today to find organizations that exceed your expectations. Frederick Air is a company that does exactly that!
