The Grene-Axe team works as a team. They are professional, and yet very warm and friendly. A nice balance! I called them because of the reviews, although honestly, I was wondering if they could really be as good as the reviews said. Well, they went above and beyond the call of duty. I truly hope I won't have cause to call them again because trus mi - termite infestation no pretty! But if I do, I would not hesitate to call Green-Axe. We are very grateful. I was very impressed with the professionalism, work ethic and excellent service by Tiffany who took the initial call, Mr. Barrett who did the consultation and then Mr. Barrett and Mr. Burgess who did the treatment. This is a company who has hired the right people to interface with the public. I would highly recommend this company. Excellent customer service!! I would say that this was an authentic experience for me and one that I would never give away for another pest control service. Grene-Axe Pest control offers the most reliable service ever and the technicians are very friendly, efficient and dependable. I was surprised at what result I got when they came to perform their first assessment. I would not be afraid to recommend them to anyone and I am sure that you would feel the same way as I do knowing that you would be seeing results and getting value for your money.
