From the call to the office, to agreeing to an appointment date and time, to the punctuality of the assessment team and the completion of the assessment, which includes the use of electronic technology with laser light to check for termites, to the provision of the quotation and clear explanation of what would be done, were of the highest professional standard. I was thoroughly impressed such that I was prepared to cancel the appointment I made with another provider of the same service. Following acceptance of the quote and agreement to engage the service, everything went like clockwork. The service has been first class. I now await to see how effective the treatment will be. However, there is a 5 year warranty on the work, which is good to have. I can certainly recommend this company. The employees are mist courteous and the Managing Director/Owmer visited the site and engaged with me to explain the process and expectations. Excellent, excellent, excellent.
