We had an air conditioner installed for our home and Greenwood made the process by far, the most stress free and smooth experience. From initial contact for a quote appointment, then going through the details for decision making, and finally installation, every person we worked with was so knowledgeable and professional. Kris assisted with quotes and patiently answered our many questions. Her direct and honest approach was refreshing, and very easy to talk to. Josh, Marco and two other electricians did the install in one day. Josh and his team came on time and were thorough every step of the way. You could just tell they've worked together many times and had excellent problem solving skills to address the house layout. The end product looks so clean and we can't wait to enjoy it this coming summer. Highly recommend!

Hot water heater burst and Greenwood got someone out on a Sunday to help stop the leak. In the process of getting us back on track a few names are worth mentioning. Tanner helped get our place dry and was very communicative during the process. Mike was the plumbing genius who dug deep and was able to get us a tankless. His professional demeanor and craftsmanship was incredible.

We’ve had amazing experiences using Greenwood’s electrical services. A year ago, we moved into a house that had old electrical wiring that was struggling to keep up with the demands of modern appliances. When Seattle had that awful cold spell in February ‘24, our heat pump kept tripping the circuit and we knew we needed to upgrade our electrical immediately. Our first interactions were with Jen—a point person who immediately visited to check out the situation, answer our questions, and guide us through the process. She confirmed our suspicions that the house needed both a new panel and upgraded meter. Her colleague Aaron then came to iron out the details. Aaron was phenomenal; he’s incredibly knowledgeable and does a good job of explaining things in easy-to-understand terms. We were in a tricky situation as the power line running from the street to the meter traveled through a tree in our front yard, so Aaron figured out a plan A, B, and C to work around this. (It’s also worth noting that Greenwood has a good relationship with Seattle City Light and they made it easy to get through the potential hurdles of getting things permitted and scheduling service with SCL.) Finally, Chris came to do the actual electrical work and he was extremely professional and his work was impeccable. All of the wiring was organized and secured, and everything on the panel was clearly labeled. We used Greenwood again when we needed to set up a dedicated connection for a new dishwasher after our old one broke. Chris came back, and again he did impeccable work, having to work around some constraints to ensure to dishwasher would fit right when the appliance store came to install it. Last but not least, all of my interactions with Greenwood’s billing team were great. The organization as a whole sweats the details, which any homeowner can appreciate!
