Horeco’s technicians were on time, great service, quick, efficient, timely, explained their installation process as they worked, offered any follow/up assistance if needed and were very informative throughout. On the other end of customer support, the sales group was slow in responding to our initial call, slow in sending us a bid, was unclear as to permit process (us or them), weeks after completion had not received a bill. Actually felt our business was not important.

What a fantastic company to work with. Steve and Tony where were great to work with and very knowledgably in installing a new HVAC system. I ended up getting a new furnace and Heat Pump installed. I got many bids to figure out what company and what brand worked best for my family. All Points Heating gave me an answer that worked best for what my house needed. They did not try to sell me on the most expensive system money can buy. I appreciated the data and numbers that went into this system knowing that it was perfect for our needs. You can tell they care more about their customers than a commission they might make off a sale. They took time to answer any question I had, small or big, and never felt rushed to get me to decided what direction I wanted to go. I have used many HVAC companies over the years and continuously get frustrated with the arm twisting methods to make an extra buck. I did not get this at all from All Points and will continue to use them going forward and definitely going to be the my recommendation to anyone looking for HVAC or fireplace needs.

I had an overall good experience with All Points Heating & Fireplace. Ron came to my home within a week of my phone call to do an estimate. Ron's pricing was competitive with other companies, and about 25-30% less than some of their more expensive competitors. Once I selected All Points, Christopher scheduled my installation of a Kuma wood-burning fireplace insert about a month later. The installation included a chimney cap and stainless steel chimney liner. Overall, the installation was done smoothly. I had one small issue with the fan not turning on, and Christopher sent his men out within a week to fix the issue. The Kuma product is an American-made hybrid wood burning stove with a catalytic converter. It is manufactured in Idaho by a family-run company, and I really like the product. I've enjoyed burning wood in the stove multiple times since purchasing it, and I'm confident that I'll be using the stove every Fall/Winter/Spring for many years to come. Thank you All Points for helping me find and install a good product for my home.
