Once my vehicle arrived at their facility, the turnaround was incredibly fast—my Model S high-voltage battery replacement was completed in just one day. A great and knowledgeable team! They mostly just replace EV batteries, but if you have additional work that needs done, they're willing to order the parts and do additional work for you. Even if they're only doing a battery swap, they'll still walk through all of the codes on your vehicle and potential issues that you may want to watch out for. Very knowledgeable team. They swapped out my battery for 1253$ (had a 100$ discount through their website) and my old, 2008 Prius is back up and running at 43mpg!

2009 Toyota Camry hybrid battery with 263k miles. My daughter's hybrid battery finally gave up its will to live last week during our subarctic temperatures in Wisconsin. I reached out to Isaac at Greentec headquarters Saturday morning to get the initial information on ordering a battery. He guided me through the purchasing process and warranty information. He suggested having it shipped to my local installer which led me to Mike in Milwaukee. This allowed me to save return shipping and paying the core charge deposit. I placed the order and thankfully they had it in stock and at the local shop Monday afternoon. I was able to get everything picked up and done by that Tuesday. I definitely made the right choice by choosing Greentec purchasing my replacement battery. I have the faith and confidence that if there were ever any issues they'll be there to answer them. Mike at the Milwaukee office went above and beyond, ultimately saving me from wasting $350 a 12v battery I didn't need. He resolved my self inflicted installation error that caused my car not to restart after I installed my own battery. I would strongly encourage you to hire your local installer versus doing it on your own. The amount of time spent and the potential for screwing it up isn't worth the small investment to have it installed by professional. . A+++ company, make the smart choice and pick company that's going to be there in the end and not some fly by night eBay special. It's great to see a company based in the USA that has an excellent service team who answers the phone and takes the time to make you feel comfortable with your investment.
