My wife and I were dealing with a mild infestation of cockroaches centralized in our kitchen. After many attempts on our own to deal with the problem, we luckily found Green Earth Pest Control on Google and we are so glad we did! They exterminate in such a professional and scientific way. It’s actually fascinating. We were also worried about our cat and the chemicals, and they assured us that they are safe for all pets, which was a relief. The exterminator technicians who came were extremely knowledgeable and efficient. After the first of two exterminations, we barely saw any roaches and then very quickly there were absolutely none. They came a second time a month later and planted a final round of bates and traps, but we get the sense that this is it and they have killed all of the nests in the walls. Had called a few different pest control companies and received a recommendation to call Green Earth. Our tenants traveled and brought some bed bugs back home with them. We had several different treatment options from two other companies but they were not consistent in their approach. When we called Green Earth on three separate occasions they asked me to send in a photograph of the bug. The other companies wanted to come out to see and of course, apply a service fee. Green Earth did not do that. Unfortunately, they were confirmed it was bed bugs. They talked with us about our options and we went with them. Green Earth gave us very good information on how to prepare for the service. We wanted to do our part so, these bugs would not come back. Our tenants also had to prepare their apartment. Day of service we received a call from their technician advising he was on his way over to our home. David, the technician showed up on time. He even put booties over his shoes before entering our home. He had a cool Green Earth face mask so, had to have one and he was nice enough to give me one! :) When David was done he reviewed what the next steps we needed to take. He was great! A true professional! Fast forward - we had the Green Earth bed bug dog inspect our home and we got the all clear!!! I would definitely recommend Green Earth! Take care and stay safe everyone!
