Advanced Pest Management Services Inc - Residential & Commercial Exterminators

Approximately a month ago I contacted Advance Exterminating Co. for an ant problem I was having in my home. The office staff was friendly and clearly explained the cost and warranty. Jose (the tech) arrived on the scheduled day and time. Jose was easy-going, friendly, knowledgeable and professional. Advanced Exterminating Co contacted me to let me know that the 30-day warranty will expire and informed me of the prices for monthly, bi monthly and quarterly treatments. The follow up call was a good example of the great customer service this company provides after they have finished the job. Happy to say the ants are gone for now. I definitely will use Advanced exterminating again.

My mom’s house developed a mice problem this fall. Not knowing who to call, I found Advanced Pest Mgt online. It was a good and professional experience right from the beginning. They got right back to me, they scheduled an appointment. The service tech came on time, was very thorough and investigated and treated both inside and outside the home. He didn’t rush thru the job. He took his time, explaining what he was doing as he worked. Overall a very good experience. I highly recommend.
