Grand River Garage Door

Old garage door opener was refusing to open. Called GRGD. They were here first thing next day. Met with Brandon. Extremely personable and professional. As Murphys Law would go the opener seemed to work fine. Brandon discussed many options with me and several of the infamous "hypotheticals". Instead of kicking the can down the road I decided to replace the opener. During replacement Brandon had discovered the internal mechanics were severely worn and the motor gear was grinding against the housing. Something I would never have caught. So we were already on borrowed time with our 20+ year old opener. From start to finish the entire process was only 2.5 hrs. Very satisfied!!!

Absolutely fantastic. We've had them out still couple times and they do a great job every time. Setting up the appointment took less than five minutes and the guy who took it was super friendly and polite. Gave a quick, clear quote. Brandon came out to do the work and he was also fantastic - asked a couple questions and answered all of ours with no problem. Clearly knew what he was doing and he was friendly, polite, and professional every step of the way. Cannot recommend these guys enough.
