I am really impressed with the punctuality and skill that Jason and his crew displayed. Both of his coworkers, Carlos and Alain, made sure everything was working fine before leaving. They did a fine job of installing my new HVAC units. Gore’s service has excellent work ethics! I recommend using them for installation.
I would recommend Gore's Services to anyone in need of good repair/maintenance and honest customer service. We could have gone with another service company we received a quote from, but we prefer Gore's customer service and total support (plumbing, electrical, etc.) much more. Within 2 days we were given a fair quote and had our A/C fixed! Ilene (I believe this is how you spell his name) has been a big help.
I contacted Jason Gore Saturday evening, my system was still giving me trouble. Alain came out & worked on my system & had it running again in no time & no extra charge. He explained everything to me, he was so sweet. All of Jason's techs are so nice & do an awesome job. Thanks guys, a happy customer for sure! Happy Thanksgiving!!
Called Jason on Sunday 11-15-2025 the red light was on my generator tried to walk me through to clear the codes over the phone., could not do it. He was at my home the next morning and had my generator repaired and up a running. He is very professional and understanding HIGHLY recommend Gore Service for all generator needs and a/c repairs.
