Everyone we dealt with was pleasant, knowledgeable all around great .From talking to Walt On the phone and Ashley who came out initially .Our lights had been blinking we changed the breaker for the rooms but didn’t stop ,so we called Goods they came out the same day .Over the years water had been leaking into the box a problem we thought we had fixed and caused damage to some of the breakers we were lucky the house didn’t catch fire . It wasn’t safe so we shut the power off ,Ashley called the office and they offered to put us up in a hotel for the night, but with 2 dogs that wasn’t an option so we were offered a generator which we gladly accepted not long after we get a phone call. They’re bringing the generator out with extra gas and money for dinner for my husband and myself.We had highly recommend Goods . I have to give a shout out to everyone because everyone we dealt with was Exceptional The electricians Blaise ,John and Tanner . The people that came to the house to bring A generator ,the inspectors and the office staff.Thank you Grace,Khadegah,,Brian ,Josh ,Cassandra, and Brian .. If I forgotten anyone I apologize.

The salesperson (Ashley) was very knowledgeable and experienced in explaining what my needs were for a generator. Update on generator I decided to go with one 14/16 kw and Steve and Jeremy were very knowledgeable and professional in explaining exactly how installation was going to go and very knowledgeable demonstrating the unit after installation. Can’t say enough about Steve and Jeremy for installing the generator on one of the worst days rain and snow mixed they worked their buts off getting it done. I highly recommend Goods electric for your needs. Big shout out on an outstanding job to all from the people answering the phone to installation was outstanding. KEEP UP THE GREAT WORK. The cracked heat exchanger was identified quickly, explained clearly, and handled with zero pressure or panic. The install team was top-tier. Professional, efficient, and respectful of the house and the budget. They listened, answered questions directly, and worked with me instead of working around me. They were extremely accommodating, flexible with scheduling, and made sure the replacement was safe, code compliant, and documented properly. That kind of service matters.
