Jeff and his crew did a great job in replacing our furnace and air conditioner in one day on short notice. All were friendly and careful in removing our old equipment and installing the new. It was a cold day but they worked through the cold to get the job done. The price was great and everything is working fine. Highly recommend BC for your heating needs.
Wow. What an amazing experience. Got back right to me. Estimated was what he said. His staff Help me with financing assistance. When I got discouraged. He kept in touch. He was truly concerned with me getting heat. He was able to come as soon as I was approved. Three trucks full team done in 3 hours. We went from 60 outside Ohio weather to -2 wind chills and drop to 40 in the house They made sure I had heat within 24 hours. 😊 And clean up was perfect.
From the onset of my initial call to Julie to ask for information on installation of gas pool heater, she and crew member went above and beyond to answer my questions. Workers were kind and informative. They stuck around to finish the job even though it down poured, leaving yard muddy to work in.
