Good Guys Improvements LLP

Steve was excellent with communication, price, flexibility, and getting the job done well. I had them do a patio but asked them to do some trenching too while they had the space dug up so I could run some plumbing underneath. They were patient with me as I figured out how I wanted to do it, took my time getting it done in between their prep steps, etc. Once or twice I caused them a bit more work and they took it in stride. Additionally, they unearthed my sump pump drain pipe and pointed out that its level would be a little too high. When I said I wouldn't worry about it because I didn't want to take on a relocation project, Steve volunteered to do some PVC work and adjust it at no extra cost. Lastly, they were thorough and made sure to grade away from the edge of the patio with some topsoil since the levels didn't line up properly and it would have been pretty jagged. And, they were great about lining everything up with my existing doorways. Super-thankful for these guys who were really easy to work with and did great work.
