Mason was my technician. He was knowledgeable, courteous and prompt. When he first came out, the repair couldn't be completed at that time because another part had to be ordered. He made sure that I was a priority on scheduling so that my wait didn’t have to be any longer than necessary. Thank you Mason.
Derek was excellent — quick and accurate diagnosis, very friendly, and extremely efficient. He identified the issue right away and had everything working in no time. In and out fast. Highly recommend!
Great next day service. Derek did a great job diagnosing the problem, accessing the part and completing the repair. It was repaired quickly and is now starting right up. I didn’t love that my 14 month old washer stopped spinning but the quick service and competitive pricing eased the pain a bit :)

Our LG Gas Range was still under warranty. The service was excellent and very timely. Our repair men were very knowledgeable and answered all questions and concerns. We would highly recommend them.
