Very slow to respond. Was told initially they would call back at the beginning of the following week, didn’t get a returned call for 3 weeks. Finally a technician came, waited 4 weeks for a quote, when I called after not hearing from them and they said “sorry, our technician was supposed to call you to tell you we weren’t going to quote it”.
Not a bad place for your glass needs.
Had a broken window problem and it was well taken care of at a great price , the 2 guys that came out definitely knew their stuff , where done in a fraction of the time i was expecting and even fixed/ chalked some gaps/mistakes the last company made.
We have had these guys a few times to install new windows, new doors, and to repair a door. I have enjoyed working with them and appreciate their work. Thank you
