Terry and his crew always provide professional, competent and responsible service. They really helped me recently with a brake bleeding issue done improperly by another shop. I was leaving town and they went way above and beyond by working me in to fix the brakes immediately at minimal cost (I was actually reimbursed by the other shop that made the brakes immediately bleeding error). I’ve consistently had excellent service from this shop and highly recommend them!
I highly recommend Glacier and Ragan especially if you had a god awful screeching noise coming from your belt. I tried to mickey mouse the job with this spray with no joy. Do yourself the favor, bring your car to these professionals and let them do it right. Ragan provided top notch service with honesty and kindness, a rarity in this town. Two big thumbs up!
Took it to them with what I thought would be a transmission problem basically a repair that would cost more than the truck is worth. Turns out for FAR less $$ it was not. They were very honest and did not take advantage of my car repair ignorance and was fixed the next day. VERY HAPPY with them.
My go-to mechanic in Juneau for the past several years. They do good work in a timely manner, are always friendly and helpful, and one thing I appreciate is that they call first before doing any unexpected work on your car after you drop it off (instead of just doing the work and surprising you with the bill). Reasonably priced for Juneau, honest and experienced. Will continue to use for both routine and unexpected maintenance!
My neighbor recommended this place to us. I'm very happy he did, not only did they get me in quickly, they were professional, courteous and got it fixed fast. They actually recommended NOT needing more done right now because other things were sound. Who does that??? Super fair price! We will take ALL our vehicles here and recommend to others!
