Rating for a friend. They completed a different service than asked, which resulted in hundreds more being charged than originally planned. Then when asked to provide a receipt, they refused. Sketchy. Front desk also refused to let us speak to a manager/mechanic, so there was no way in figuring out a good way to move forward. Phone operator also went on to say, and I quote; “I’ll tell every mechanic in Juneau not to provide for you”, which is an extremely unprofessional and inexcusable way to treat an upset customer. Instead of helping fix the issue, or come to an agreement/compromise, they acted unprofessionally and refused help in any capacity. Would never recommend someone I love to go there as they might get ripped off. Extremely disappointed in the services.

I have nothing but high praise for this repair shop. My car was in on time, and out an hour and a half later. Friendly, professional staff who actually care about their customer. They did great work, and a young gal running the office who puts people twice her age to shame. I give them 5 stars, 10 if it was an option.

I was in dire straits in need of unknown repairs and DB Auto took good care of me. Al Val told me not to bother price hunting elsewhere to stick with DB so I did and now I am a believer. The engine light I had on since the beginning is now off. Charlie the receptionist was an absolute angel super nice. Felt right at home there. I know my family's safety is in great hands with DB Auto. Quick. Professional. Well-priced to boot.
