Brian Gilmartin and his team did a great job. After cleaning the chimney Brian showed us what needed to be done to make the chimney safe to operate. Our 40 year old liner needed to be replaced. Brian took pictures of the work needed on the chimney and after the job was complete. My wife and I would highly recommend this chimney service to our friends. I called Gilmartin Chimney to inspect our 67 year old chimney and to give us advice/options for it. Brian came out promptly and did a thorough inspection and listened to our plans for our older house. He then gave us several options which we appreciated. We selected an option that we had not thought of as it meets all our requirements going forward. We are very pleased and are looking forward to having Gilmartin Chimney fix things for us.
I had two chimneys that were falling apart and no longer used. Gilmartin Chimney was able to remove them down to the floor of the attic in two days using ladders and 5 gallon buckets. Another company I asked about doing this was going to spend a day just putting up staging and estimated a week to do the work. I am so glad I called Brian Gilmartin and his crew!!
