If I could give Sean and his team 6 stars I would. I contacted several floor refinishing companies and some of them just didn't want to touch our parquet floors. Sean came in was very honest and upfront. Most importantly he was very confident he could make my floors look perfect! He and his team have a great deal of experience in refinishing floors and had done many parquet flooring jobs in the past and the before/after pictures are what sold us. Well we made the right decision. Our floors are perfect! They were very worn and just looked bad. Now they are better than brand new. Communication and expectations were excellent. I will be referring Diversified to all my friends and family.

I have worked with hundreds of contractors and I feel qualified to compare this work with other companies. I called five different flooring companies in the space of one day, two of them returned my calls, Sean being one of them. He was happy to see if we could work together on my project. I currently live out of state, but Sean was able to accommodate my schedule to meet him at the house to review the poor uncared for floor that I needed refinished before I moved in. He certainly under promised an over delivered not only was the floor transformed, there was not one speck of dust in any room, or any of the surfaces in the rooms, where he worked. I would not hesitate to call him for future work, and I would highly recommend him to any friends or neighbors, looking to have any flooring done.
